Newswalk Condominium Lobby Renovation

Newswalk Condominium is a 169-unit residential building in the former Daily News printing facility adjacent to Atlantic Yards. The lobby is a 1980s, steel-framed, curtainwall-clad addition to the main building. The goal of the renovation work is threefold: improve circulation through this highly-trafficked space, upgrade communications and security, and upgrade the aesthetics of the space.
